At Nébula we ship to your door anywhere in South Africa.

 

Delivery time: orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because our products are sourced from our overseas partners to keep prices low, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. We're upfront about this so there are no surprises.

 

Shipping cost: any shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

Tracking: as soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

 

Incidents: if your order is delayed beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact us through our contact page and we'll make it right.
