Refund policy

At Nébula we want you to shop with total peace of mind. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

 

For a return to be valid, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

 

How to request a return: contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with instructions to return the product.

 

Refunds: once we receive and check the item, we'll confirm approval. If approved, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

Damaged or faulty items: if your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 

Return shipping: except for faulty products or errors on our side, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
